We group listings only when they identify the same exact address and unit, and their details are compatible.
We look for monthly rentals, excluding sales, housing requests and daily or seasonal rentals when identified by the listing. We check new listings hourly and run a daily scan. A published listing does not guarantee the property is still available: check with the publisher.
Sources and coverage
We expand the index using public sources we can read reliably. No portal covers the whole market. Every listing retains its source link and last reading date.

We count visible results across the entire index and for each source, independently of your filters. Listings are grouped only when they identify the same exact address and explicit unit. The same property may remain in separate results if details are missing. A result listed on multiple portals counts under each source, so source counts may add up to more than the total.
