Estimate the rent for a home

Compare your home with listings in the same area, of the same type, bedroom and bathroom count, and similar size.

These are asking rents, not signed contracts or an appraisal. No price guarantees a tenant: condition, light, floor and terms also matter.

Describe the home to see the range of rents advertised by competing listings.

What these data tell you, and what they leave out

The sample uses catalogue listings with advert-specific evidence, read within 10 days. Each home contributes one observation per currency. Some cross-portal duplicates may remain; coverage is not exhaustive.

Half the asking rents fall below the median and half above. The 25th–75th percentile band shows the middle half of supply; it is not a confidence interval or a minimum-to-maximum range.

Currencies are not converted in this analysis. Total cost is calculated per listing only when rent and known expenses share a currency. Its sample may be smaller; it is not the sum of two medians.

Dashboard rent per m² uses declared built area. The estimator lets you select built or total area and always compares the same area basis.

These are advertised prices, not agreed rents. Listing counts do not measure demand, vacancy or time to let. This view describes the current catalogue and cannot establish whether the market rose or fell.

Another perspective: registered contracts

INE indicators let you contrast listings with registered rental contracts. They cover different populations and periods, so their levels are not directly equivalent.
