Terms of Use

Última actualización: June 20, 2026

By using Cambio Uruguay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What is Cambio Uruguay

Cambio Uruguay is a free information platform that gathers and compares currency exchange rates published by the Central Bank of Uruguay and by exchange bureaus. We are not an exchange bureau, we do not trade currencies, nor do we act as intermediaries.

2. Quotes are for informational purposes only.

The quotes, indicators, and calculations shown are for informational and reference purposes only. They may be delayed or differ from the actual price offered by each entity at the time of transaction. They do not constitute financial, investment, or any other type of advice. Always verify the final price directly with the exchange house or entity before trading.

3. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on information on the site, nor for errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site in any way that impairs its operation, infringes on the rights of third parties, or violates the law, including mass scraping that degrades the service. We offer a public API for programmatic data access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cambio Uruguay brand, design, and editorial content belong to their respective owners. Quotes are provided by their respective sources. You may share links to the site and use our quote widget with proper attribution.

6. Third-party advertising and links

The site may display advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) and links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for it.

7. Privacy

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
